Centrea Holton, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Mindful Behavioral Solutions in Dallas, Texas. She's dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care.
With extensive experience in nursing and psychiatry, she believes that healing begins with building a strong therapeutic alliance. Centrea creates a safe and welcoming environment where patients can express themselves openly while receiving evidence-based, individualized treatment.
Her clinical expertise includes intellectual disability psychiatry, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and a wide range of other psychiatric conditions. She is passionate about listening closely, understanding each patient's unique journey, and offering the support needed to achieve balance, resilience, and long-term well-being.
Centrea earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner studies, at Walden University. She is board-certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) and maintains active membership in the American Nurses Association. In addition, she holds Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
